What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Paypal (but not eCheques), Google and Apple pay, and Afterpay.

What happens if my children don’t love the taste?

That’s ok, our taste guarantee means your kids love it or your money back. Full refund. No questions asked.

Please be aware that we do not refund shipping costs.

What happens if my items are lost or damaged during delivery?

If your goods are damaged during delivery, please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible. We will then replace the damaged products at no extra cost to you.

We reserve the right to ask you to send back product(s) (whether damaged or not the correct item/product) before we issue a replacement or exchange. In the case of our error, or goods damaged in transit, we will cover all transport costs.
